Prevecal offers four external quality programs in the field of autoimmunity:

Prevecal Hep-2

  • ↗ The objective of this program is to standardise the detection of antinuclear antibodies in HEp-2 cells by immunofluorescence.

  • ↗ The frequency of this program is monthly.

  • ↗ Twelve sample tubes are provided, each labelled with the name of the month in which it must be analysed.

12 samples of 0.3 mL of human serum for the analysis of:

- Antinuclear antibodies on HEp-2 cells – IFA

Prevecal CELIAC

↗ The aim of this program is to standardise the detection of autoantibodies
related to celiac disease using three different tests:

  •       - Anti-endomysium antibodies (EMA) by
             IFA.

  •       - Anti-tissue transglutaminase IgA
              antibodies (anti-tTG IgA) by ELISA.

  •       - Anti-deamidated gliadin IgA antibodies
            (anti-DGP IgA) by ELISA.

↗ The frequency of this program is quarterly.

↗ Four sample tubes are provided, each labelled with the name of the month in which it must be analyzed.
