Once registration in the desired programs is complete, you will receive the corresponding kits, which include the sera and the instruction sheet. Each sample must be processed in the appropriate month, treating it as another routine specimen. Before starting, you must configure the parameters of each program, indicating whether any instrument is used for sample processing, which microscope is used for slide scanning, and the brand of reagents employed. Once each sample has been processed, the obtained results must be submitted between the 1st and the 15th of the correspondingmonth (except in January, when results may be submitted until the last day of the month). Within a maximum of 15 days after the round is closed, you will receive a report with the results, which includes an image of the pattern if the report involves an immunofluorescence test, along with the clinical significance of that pattern. After completing the 12-month cycle, you will receive the final report as well as the participation certificate.
