Once the reporting period is closed, and within the second half of the evaluation month, you will receive your evaluation in your Reports section of your Private Area. Try to identify what is wrong.

Your bias could be proportional to the sample concentration,
independent or a combination of both.

Try to compare your IQC historical results with your EQA evaluations to find out some common behavior. In Qualitative programs, just compare the frequency of correct answers when comparing your declared result against the reference result.

Apply corrective or Preventive actions

After analyzing and identifying the source of error, you may
take corrective and/or preventive actions in your lab to avoid
unsatisfactory evaluations.

Follow up

Once the actions have been taken, you should notice a signifficant
improvement in your evaluations. Try also to analyze the final report
to find out what are the most common used measurement methods,
what are their uncertainty of measurement or what are their standard deviation value as a general information on between labs precision.
