  • Laboratory identification: through codes (anonymous)
  • Number of observations carried out: 12 (HEp-2 IFA and nDNA) or 4 (CELIAC and ANCA)
  • Periodicity: monthly (HEp-2 IFA and nDNA) or quarterly (CELIAC and ANCA)
  • Reports: Monthly or quarterly and a final report upon terminating the program (1 report)

  • Indirect Immunofluorescence on HEp-2 cells

PREVECAL nDNA

  • Immunofluorescence

    • Anti-DNA antibodies

PREVECAL CELIAC

4 vials of 0.3 mL of serum to determine:

  • Immunofluorescence

    • IgA anti-endomysium antibodies (AEA)

  • ELISA

    • IgA anti-tTG antibodies

    IgA anti-gliadin antibodies

    IgA anti-deamidated gliadin antibodies

PREVECAL ANCA
